Are my credit card details secure?

We use the PayPal online payment gateway to process payments for all online purchases.

You can either use an existing PayPal account or use a credit card of your choice to process your payment securely.

What is your returns policy?

If you order and receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us with your concern via email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of the product.

If we agree that the purchased product was not displayed correctly on our website, or there was an error in the details displayed, we will replace the product or refund your money at our discretion.

Note that refunds will only be made when purchased products are returned to Bali Bits in original packaging and in saleable condition.

To what areas do you deliver?

Delivery costs quoted for purchased items (as displayed in your Shopping Cart)  are for Australia Post only.  All other deliveries require to be quoted prior to checkout, as stated on the viewing page.

Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my own?

We can only deliver your purchase to the address you must provide before you Check Out.

Please note that upon delivery, most items purchased will need to be signed for so we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.

Please don’t use a PO Box address as your delivery address as this will cause a delivery delay.

Can I change my purchase order after I have finalised the payment?

Once your purchase has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the purchase.

Please ensure when shopping online, that only the items that you wish to purchase are present in your Shopping Cart prior to confirming your purchase.

How do I purchase online?

If you would like to purchase a product that is available for online sale, click on “Add to Cart” link to add it to your Shopping Cart.

You can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart.

You can edit the quantities and products by clicking on “View Cart” link in the top right hand corner of the page.

When you would like to proceed to payment, click on the “Buy Now” button to finalise your purchase.

If you are interested in purchasing a product that is either out of stock online, or doesn’t have on “Add to Cart” link, please click on the “Contact” link in the menu bar at the top of every page and we’ll help you to place an order over the phone.

How are delivery charges calculated?

We charge on a case-by-case basis.

All items purchased online from our website do not include the delivery charge as the charge is dependent on various factors such as item size, item weight, delivery location, delivery provider.
